#note After screwing up for most of the game it's not surprising that I screwed this up too. I spent all of my remaining time trying to figure out a win, and when I couldn't find one, I went back to a play that had, eight minutes before, seemed pretty good. Too bad I forgot that the reason it didn't win was because it gave him an out. 15C ICON will tie after F4 SENS(A) and J9 DEP. The best sequence I found there was 15D COP followed by 2E DENI. Never saw SENSA and thought his best play was 4J SE(P)S, which changes the endgame calculations, but still leaves me losing by one after the COP sequence.
