Player 1
#player1 Darrell Darrell
#player2 Jackson Jackson
>Darrell: HOP 8F PHO +16 16
>Jackson: EEHILNU 7G UH +17 17
#note usually like being more aggressive against Darrell, but HUE seemed to give back easy plays too much. UH will make him comfortable but it seemed like a better play to me. Q totally disagrees and likes HUE better anyways, so I should definitely do that here
>Darrell: ATW 6H WAT +17 33
>Jackson: EEGILNN I8 NE +12 29
>Darrell: BLO 10G LOB +10 43
>Jackson: EEGIILN F8 .IG +21 50
#note I was kinda liking what was happening, but I should totally just be more aggressive and not make the board so volatile as I did... GENII looks like the play. I could also do (T)IE but I think GENII is the way to go.
>Darrell: DIKN 5I DINK +23 66
>Jackson: DEEIILN L3 DI.E +18 68
#note I didn't like how LEI made the board very S-heavy (LEIS and DINKS). DIKE opens up the board better for my EILN leave. At this point I didn't really feel like I was struggling but I also felt like what I was doing wasn't working out well - the plan with this kind of board is to either bingo early or slowly outscore, and I'm doing neither of those things. Darrell could easily bingo before me on this board which would be devastating.

This is why I should play HUE or GENII earlier on.
>Darrell: ABST M2 BATS +30 96
>Jackson: CEILNNV J9 LEVIN +22 90
#note now getting tired of the closed-ness, going for a bit more aggression. I don't like N1 VIN cause CELN is pretty useless on this baord (no lanes besides the O column, which I don't have the hooks for).
>Darrell: GIV N1 VIG +27 123
>Jackson: ?CNORSU 14D UNCORkS +77 167
#note very fortunate to draw a bingo here
>Darrell: IMY H12 MI.Y +36 159
>Jackson: EENORTZ O2 ZONE +34 201
#note I was very grateful that DAG took a hook other than S!
>Darrell: ?DEELPR 6N ER +18 177
>Jackson: EIQRRTY 7K TYER +23 224
#note no real point in keeping the T here cause QAT probably won't go down. I like playing off more tiles than usual when I have the Q cause it really messes up synergistic leaves and also cause I really just want to draw a U
>Darrell: ALW 8M LAW +23 200
>Jackson: CIIQRTU 15A QUIT +45 269
>Darrell: LOO 13B LOO +9 209
>Jackson: AACFIRX 11J .ARIX +30 299
#note blocking the W - B column bingoes are not worrisome with my lead.
>Darrell: DEP 10M PED +23 232
>Jackson: ACEFORS L9 CO.F +25 324
>Darrell: AAEEENT 12D TEE +14 246
>Jackson: AAENRSU M10 ..AN +17 341
>Darrell: AAADEFT J3 ED.. +5 251
>Jackson: AAEIRSU I2 AA +6 347
#note considered n13 EAU and 14L RIA - I liked what they did (set up a scoring spot to counter darrell's 3-row bingoes), but I felt they gave up too much spread in case he has JEST. He almost never has the J with EDIT, so it was only a 2/7 chance he'd draw the J, so really not that likely he has JEST. I should just do RIA I think.
>Darrell: AJM H1 JAM +43 294
>Jackson: AEIRSSU 4D AURIS +26 373
#note huge spread hit to not play SAURIES here - I had a small doubt that it could be AURISES* instead, so I really didn't want to risk the game.
>Darrell: ?EFGORT D3 F.GgOTER +62 356
>Darrell: ?EFGORT -- -62 294
#note I should play UREAS instead to not give back a bingo
>Jackson: ES E12 .S.E +22 395
#note I was extremely fortunate that things went well in the beginning - the board was such that I didn't have a ton of control, and ended up hoping I was the one to bingo first and take the lead. It could have been Darrell to bingo first, and the game would have been way harder.
>Jackson: (EFGORT?) +20 415
