#player2 Matthew_Larocque Matthew Larocque
>Marie_Puma: ADIQS H4 QAIDS +50 50
#note Every single match had me excited, playing new people every round. Despite having played Scrabble tournaments for almost 10 years, I don't travel much, and play a lot of same people.
>Matthew_Larocque: ANNOTTT 5E ANN.TTO +28 28
#note Even though QAIDS hurt, it gave me seemingly the best possible way to deal with this unwieldy rack.
>Marie_Puma: CLOT 4B CLOT +14 64
>Matthew_Larocque: IMPRTUU 4H .UIPU +40 68
#note Two rack-savers in a row.
>Marie_Puma: DEY J2 DE..Y +21 85
>Matthew_Larocque: ELMOPRT 6B PROM +19 87
#note Just gave up here to save time, no way I play MOP 3L which Quackle seems to be leaning towards. ELOPRT draws into some bingos, but my studying hasn't gone deep enough to judge leaves like that.
>Marie_Puma: EERV 8D VEER. +12 97
>Matthew_Larocque: DEFFLRT F7 D.LFT +17 104
#note Hold onto the T? I kind of like that now. Also considered T(E)FF.
>Marie_Puma: ILO E10 OIL +15 112
>Matthew_Larocque: EFGINRR 11A FERR..ING +63 167
#note Terrible. At least I didn't try this on one of those spelling bee competitors!
>Marie_Puma: EEIRSSU 13B REISSUE +70 182
>Matthew_Larocque: AABBDEO 10A OBA +28 195
#note Thought of BE(G)AD I9, might get challenged, but OBA seemed like the clearly better play and actually left me with BE(G)AD next turn.
>Marie_Puma: HO A8 HO.. +30 212
>Matthew_Larocque: ABDEGOR I9 BE.AD +25 220
#note BOR>GOR? Quackle says yes, play GA(G)ED instead. Leaves like those I'm still clueless on. She held BEGAD, though.
>Marie_Puma: ?AEINNS M2 INSANEr +81 293
>Matthew_Larocque: ?AGNORV C9 V.. +10 230
#note Again, I could have spent an eternity deciding between multiple middling plays. I had to conserve time. I needed to keep the right side open for a bingo. This seemed to hit a lot of bingos.
>Marie_Puma: EX J9 EX +54 347
>Matthew_Larocque: ?AGNORU L8 OURANGs +68 298
#note There's a findable 9 here. Either way, it's not looking good.
>Marie_Puma: EJK 11K J.KE +30 377
>Matthew_Larocque: EEHMTYZ 14J ZE.TY +72 370
#note Wow.
>Marie_Puma: AAGIT 15F AGITA +29 406
>Matthew_Larocque: CEHLMOW - +0 370
#note I wasn't sure if TAIGA had an anagram, and I didn't think I could win anyways. There is a sneaky play that wins if she doesn't block: N6 OM setting up WELCH for 50 and out. If she does block it with AW, I can still tie the game with 7A WE followed by 2L L(I)CH. Pretty sure I wouldn't have solved that!
>Marie_Puma: AIIW 15N AW +20 426
>Matthew_Larocque: CEHLMOW 2L W.CH +24 394
#note N5 WELCOM(E). I ran out of time.
>Marie_Puma: II C4 .I.I +5 431
>Marie_Puma: (ELMO) +12 443
