#note interesting idea to keep the Y here. I bingo 78% of the time versus 92% of the time, but the bingos are pointier when I do bingo, so the expected points per turn next turn is only 3 less. I wonder what Nigel would do. My CSW bingo knowledge may not be deep enough yet to justify it.

#note didn't come up with STRUNTED here which is better defensively

#note INCONNUE would've been a pretty sick spot :P

#note unfortunately, I wasn't comfortable enough with this rack to play SKEERING, and didn't spot KREESING which I would've known for certain was good. Q also prefers ERICK to fishing by a little bit. I am 95% to bingo with this leave next turn, so this actually isn't such a painful miss.
>Peter_Armstrong: BELOW D11 BELOW +36 203
#note he mentioned afterwards that he saw BLOWN but preferred this, and considered the W in the triple lane to be fairly safe.
>JD: DEGINRS 15A RED.INGS +167 300
#note indeed, the only 3x3s I could've drawn are BREWINGS and what I actually played, so he got quite unlucky.
>Peter_Armstrong: AEHINW B10 WAHIN. +40 243
>JD: AEHIIST 1A AIT.H +30 330
#note not quite right - playing THEIN for 3 less actually sims better because column A is such a scoring hotspot for him. but the best play looks like STISHIE at K5 which would also be a pretty sick find :P

#note omg I had to challenge just in case
>JD: EOPRSUV F3 VO.P +30 386
#note OVERSUP goes down for damn near 100 points, but for some reason I convinced myself it was phony!! by all rights, this should've cost me the game. there is no justice in scrabble :P

#note lol
>Peter_Armstrong: AJ 15M .AJ +30 434
>JD: EEFIOUY 2B FE. +24 495
#note this play actually sows the seeds of my defeat - I create scenarios where Peter can bingo and then get TEAK/AN or TEEK/EN to go out for 20 and the win!!! I estimate that I lose about 5-6% of endgames when he has PALMATE/PALMIET/IMPLETE and the right out tile. I can make a play that guarantees a win - SOUR at 9J which blocks all bingos, but I thought I was good to outrun him with FEU.
>Peter_Armstrong: A 3C A. +20 454
>JD: EEEIOUY 12H YOU +32 527
#note unlucky for pete - I drew both of the Es on my last draw that he presumably needed for PALMIET, although I could've blocked. I'm actually supposed to block his awesome play of PISTIL at K3 according to optimal play, but this is good enough.
