>Will: ADLOQRU 9D ORAD +29 29
#note This was really tricky. I considered E7 QUOAD# vs ORAD vs ORAL. QUOAD# seems standard but the LRU leave was highly uninspiring - however, Quackle thinks I still bingo 24% with it next turn. In a vacuum, if I'm going to keep the Q here, ORAL appears better than ORAD, since the QUD lead becomes 10B QUAD/QUOD very easily. However, ORAL also hooks with so many letters and those words often become Joel's best scoring plays. Unfortunately I think both ORAD and ORAL are interesting ideas that don't work out enough in practice, making boring old E7 QUOAD# the best move (the G5 placement is an interesting alternative I didn't consider).
>Joel: EX 10E EX +56 108
>Will: IILPQTU 7G PILI +21 50
#note Probably won't stay open, but who knows.
>Joel: CKOTY 6J TOCKY +28 136
>Will: ELQRTUU N2 QUER. +34 84
#note Big whiff on ULEX here - the EQRTU leave actually combines very well with the C of TOCKY with some common draws.
>Joel: IIIIII -IIIIII +0 136
>Will: EGILSTU J2 GUIL..EST +66 150
>Joel: DEIN O1 DINE +34 170
>Will: AAEEHSS 7C HA +21 171
#note Ugh, this is a bad error - definitely EA in the same spot. ASHES is not only a higher scoring leave, but bingos more frequently. I considered 11B SHEA to get a few more points, and that looks decent too, but EA Is the play.
>Joel: GHNOU 8J .NOUGH +33 203
>Will: AAEEOSS 11D EA +12 183
#note Uninspiring choices here now. Would've liked saving that H to score and fish again.
>Joel: ?EGORTT 4E GrOTT.ER +68 271
>Will: ABENOSS 2D NOSEBA.S +63 246

>Will: IIORSTV B5 VISITOR +70 358
>Joel: BEN A8 BEN +31 368
>Will: ?AEIMRT O8 .ITMAkER +89 447
#note Extremely cool play here of D7 AZOTEMIA, keeping ER? and leaving one in the bag. Very nice. Quackle says Joel bingos 2% of the time after HITMAKER (CLIFFIER, LOWLIFER/LOWLIFE with UREAL, FOLLOWER, WOOLLIER) and never after AZOTEMIA, so right there is a small difference - it also works out better on spread a lot.
