#player2 Jackson_Smylie Jackson Smylie
>Matt_Canik: DGNRUWY H4 WRUNG +26 26
#note This was a pretty tricky rack for me for some reason, but Quackle doesn't think it's particularly close and would prefer I play WRUNG to DUNGY (or GURDY).

>Jackson_Smylie: GNOP J10 P.NGO +25 186
>Matt_Canik: BEGIINR 2C .IBERING +70 263
#note FIBERING* is invalid, although FIBERED is acceptable. Thanks, dictionary.
>Jackson_Smylie: EJU J6 JEU +54 240
>Matt_Canik: AAAEOPW L4 .OEA +30 293
#note This should be WAP above FIBERING. It still lets me play ZOEA next turn.....
Hindsight is 20:20, but in my "return" to serious Scrabble I keep being blind to plays that hold yucky leaves. I need to play more games before nationals if I want any chance to contend.
>Jackson_Smylie: IQ 1H QI +68 308
#note I deserve this
>Matt_Canik: AAEEOPW 12D AWEE +24 317
#note Again, I am blind to plays that hold bad leaves as I just completely can't see (S)WEEP holding AAO even though it scores 42(!) points.
What is your actual problem, matt
>Jackson_Smylie: ABELSTV 15H VESTAL +39 347
>Matt_Canik: ADINOOP 13D DOPA +31 348
>Jackson_Smylie: DEX 12L DEX +30 377
>Matt_Canik: EINOOTU 14C TOO +13 361
#note I think I'm dead in the water here. Jackson knocked out HYSTERIAS, so *maybe* he doesn't have an S, but i'd still probalby need to draw S, S, and another consonant in order to threaten a big enough play in the 15 row - or at least draw S, big consonant, and leave the last S in the bag.
I couldn't see any (UN)---- plays forming an underlap with ZOEA since no Ls are out (apparently with the unseen pool there aren't any) either. I think I'm dead.
Of course, if I hadn't misplayed several of the previous turns, I wouldn't be in this mess in the first place.
