#note fishing the O might be good on a different board, but I don't bingo enough cause he plays hooking JO a lot
>Wes_Eddings: BDU 3L DUB +19 98
>Jackson_Smylie: ?AEHNOT 9B ETHANOl +73 137
#note ETHANOl, ANETHOl, or ANOTHEr?
Really felt like he kept an S with DUB, which he did, so it's nice for me to have a comeback if he hits a big play or bingo there. I think ANETHOl is too big an overreaction, since often he doesn't have a super strong leave, in which case I'm just handing him an easy option. ANOTHEr makes his S less powerful but still gives back quite a lot of scoring.
ANETHOl actually sims best, but I think Wes will often forgo slightly better O column plays for 8 row plays if he doesn't have a bingo.
>Wes_Eddings: ALNO 10B LOAN +19 117
>Jackson_Smylie: DEEEIOS 11D OE +16 153
#note I thought LOANEE was collins! by far the best play here. I could do DOE here which I kind of regretted not doing after hitting my clock. The S lanes are weird on this board because you have to start with an S in almost all of them. I expect o1 to be taken next turn, and I'm hoping it isn't with a bingo. Even with S specified, he never bingoes more than 17% after any of my plays, so realistically more like 25% if he kept decent tiles. If I can avoid being bingoed on next turn I will be in decent shape.
>Wes_Eddings: APRS O1 RASP +34 151
>Jackson_Smylie: DEEEINS 8G ...ED +16 169
#note LOANEE obviously. JOE doesn't bingo with enough tiles

>Wes_Eddings: ILLO 15F LILO. +15 206
>Jackson_Smylie: CEMNOVY 12H VE.NY +30 261
#note wow I totally missed METHANOL!!!! this changes everything.
I think I should still play VEINY because it controls the board beautifully, but it just makes it a much stronger play since I'll be able to outrun a lot of bingoes.
>Wes_Eddings: AFOR N6 FARO +39 245
>Jackson_Smylie: BCDMMOS 9M M.B +10 271
#note D(E)MOBS is a nice blocking play for bingoes but opens up a scoring spot for the P or XI. The P already goes at O7 so it's not a huge deal, but leaving O7 open in the first place is not ideal. MOB is a pretty good play if I see METHANOLS, since my outrunning chances are great. I do still like MOB in the position I was in because I'm very comfortable with my case S and outrunning on this board. I had also seen the C(HAO) setup that I could use later
>Wes_Eddings: CITV 14J .VICT +20 265

#note in an amazing position now

>Wes_Eddings: EX 15N EX +29 302
>Jackson_Smylie: ?DEEMOS 12A MEDS +40 334
#note don't mind keeping EO? with the consonant heavy pool. Only problem is that the M does allow for higher scores with MIRK. DOES is obviously the play if I see METHANOL.

Very sloppy endgame but S and ? were enough to let me coast through it
