>Zev_Kaufman: AEZ 6F ZE.A +33 33
>Jackson_Smylie: EGGNPRY 5G P.NERY +28 58
#note I don't mind GG with the Ys open
>Zev_Kaufman: ?AIOTUW I8 OUTWAIt +66 99
>Jackson_Smylie: DFGGGOS L1 FOGG. +34 92
>Zev_Kaufman: NOO M2 NOO +17 116
>Jackson_Smylie: ADGIOSV 15E VIGAS +37 129
#note missed AVOIDS.
>Zev_Kaufman: AEKN 1H KENA. +36 152
>Jackson_Smylie: ADEEFNO N1 FEOD +31 160
#note maybe (A)FEA(R)ED for 6 fewer. I think he has the blank and not the S at this point, given he's taking a long time on a rack that usually wouldn't demand such long thought. though a blank isn't so amazing to hit the GODs spot, so feod is probably fine
>Zev_Kaufman: ADELNST 11E LION.oRT +90 242
>Zev_Kaufman: ADELNST -- -90 152
>Jackson_Smylie: AEELNTU J8 UTE +17 177
#note I think LUNE is the way to go here, I only realized after I hit my clock that UTE gives back ReTINOL, which is a lot better than some other plays and keeps the board more closed.
>Zev_Kaufman: ?ILNORT 13C NITROL.c +66 218
#note luckily I do not get burned for my mistake
>Jackson_Smylie: AAEILNR 7F AN. +21 198
#note should have gone with my original thoughts of playing the A with FA or APE - ape creates a new lane but gives up more, whereas FA scores more. AW wins a sim by a bit over FA. ANT's AEILR leave isn't great and only scores a bit more. I think I got tempted away from fishing the A because the exact number of tiles it hits isn't spectacular, but in reality AEILR hits a lot less
>Zev_Kaufman: CHU 10F CHU.. +16 234
>Jackson_Smylie: AEIIJLR 12A JAIL +44 242
>Zev_Kaufman: AIL A12 .AIL +33 267
>Jackson_Smylie: CEILNRR 7J CRIER +14 256
#note awful play - thought CLINE was phony, and even RILE/LIRE are fine. CRIER is to reach for Ss but when I can score to keep myself in the game it's a huge error
>Zev_Kaufman: DEIQSU 8A EQUIDS +63 330
>Jackson_Smylie: AEEILNT 2D LINEATE +73 329
>Zev_Kaufman: EEHM 1A HEME +33 363
>Jackson_Smylie: ABEOOPX 2A OX +41 370
#note oh wow I have the last 4 vowels in the pool! OX is a lot of points and I keep all sorts of vowels and Zev will have 7 of BDDMRRSSV, which sounds like he'll have 7 consonants!
I think I should win this game 100% of the time, right?
also OXBO(W) is beautiful
>Zev_Kaufman: BDDMSSV C7 V.M +15 378
>Jackson_Smylie: ABEOPRR 11I .RAP +25 395
>Zev_Kaufman: BDDSS K10 D.BS +27 405
#note so I have a decision to make. I can accept this play and go out with (R)OBER*, or I can challenge this play.
the question is... is it more likely that NITROLICS* is valid or that rober* is invalid? I felt the former...
>Jackson_Smylie: BEOR N7 .OBER +9 404
