#note the C is normally a big upgrade to the EINS leave (about 5.5 points in a vacuum), but I misevaluated here. My theory is that CEINS bingos well through consonants, but there aren't many to play through here. I made my play trying to create a new lane for 7 on row 6, but my CEINS leave plays poorly there. Should just take the points for ICER, which I considered.

#note very curious sim - quackle thinks AWA at 2A is distinctly better on a sim! the rationale is that I block a big scoring spot on column A, and save a spot on row 8 that's unlikely to get blocked. however, I'm also trailing in the game, and I think I should take the volatility of leaving the top-left open.

#note fishing for stuff like UNREPAID/PAINTURE and PAGURIAN. Quackle prefers BUG at A1, which bingos more often, but most of them play through the bottom of the board where dave is most likely to block (exceptions being PATINAED/WARPAINT/CANTRAIP). Dave could easily miss the chance of PAGURIAN and probably can't block UNREPAID, which is 4/45 right there.
