#note I think I really wanted to get a bingo down next turn, so I probably should just play 10H (Y)OW for 13 fewer. But maybe it's OK to take the lesser leave and score some points, which I would usually say yes to. But for some reason I had an off feeling about this play.

#note incredibly, this is the second-best bingo behind 4H (P)AlMATeD. What a sick find by David here. He looked for a while which made me more and more confident I would get my 7 down. But alas, after a certain point I realized that he might be about to play a bingo of his own and block mine.
>Joshua_Sokol: ABEEORS 7G A.ORE +25 175
#note I was clueless and helpless on this play. I wanted to score so that I wouldn't need two bingos to win, but I didn't want to give back super easy plays on column N and close the board. Quackle prefers playing OBE off somewhere and fishing. I don't know about that, I think this play is necessary
>David_Pearl: GHO O1 GO.H +36 271
>Joshua_Sokol: AABENSV N2 B.A +23 198
#note There really aren't a lot of hooks left for BA so 2I BA is definitely worth considering. I'm in awful shape at this point, so I should probably go ahead and play AB(O), but that would have ended badly.

#note Thank you aerolith
>David_Pearl: EIILNRT - +0 281
#note challenged. Do I have a shot at winning this game?
>Joshua_Sokol: DENPSVW -VWND +0 244
#note I guess I'm now within striking distance. His rack probably isn't that good. I could have considered playing K5 EV(E)S, but I did think he had his own S more than usual given OE, but maybe he just thought NONQUOTA took an S anyway. Unsure how to proceed from here, gave a lot of thought to keeping DEPS or throwing the P back despite the presence of J6 P(REX) possibilities. It seemed like DEPS was the superior leave but I also wanted shots at the Z or at drawing a Y for PREXY, which exchanging more tiles seemed to improve upon.
>David_Pearl: EIILNRT L7 RELIT +13 294
#note Pearl still has NERT(Z) for 42 here, but this sort of defense has its merits, and hopefully I don't have a big play to the Z.
>Joshua_Sokol: EINPSUY 1H UPSI.E +51 295
#note I now have to forgo PREX and PREXY to take the lead for the first time this game.
>David_Pearl: IJN 5J JI.N +22 316
>Joshua_Sokol: ACKOSTY K10 KAY +30 325
#note Things are starting to look good for me, as I retain the last O (and S) to hook this play.
>David_Pearl: EGLU 12G GLUE. +10 326
>Joshua_Sokol: CEISTUV H12 .UV +6 331
#note The pieces of the puzzle are coming together, I just need to avoid some bad case scenarios here and I should be sailing.
>David_Pearl: AALR 14E LAR.A +10 336
>Joshua_Sokol: CEIORST 15D CITES +57 388
#note Possibly better than playing the bingo until I see he can not only have (I)NTERBED B4, but also (WITH)DREW for 54 to take a 2-point lead in the endgame, where I am perhaps unlikely to have drawn the final vowel. Even WITHERER or WITHERED may spook me a bit. Probably gotta play EROTICS, which outruns everything except INTERBED and FERMENTS.
>David_Pearl: BDENRRT J11 B.RET +25 361
#note close to INTERBED, but no cigar. Lucky pulls for me later on in this game allowing me to cash. D2 DR(I)B has to be played to go out in two.
>Joshua_Sokol: DEFMORW M10 DEFORM +38 426
#note Now I have (WITH)DREW and totally spaced out on it. This is 11 points off.
>David_Pearl: DNR 1A ..RD +10 371
>Joshua_Sokol: W 10E ..W. +10 436
#note 6G W(E) is 1 more, pesky WA-S looking funny. I was so relieved to have won this game. Gotta know your double-Z words if you're gonna make the blank a Z!
>Joshua_Sokol: (N) +2 438
#note Final score recorded as 435-371
