#note K9 H(U)H was actually missed. I regretted that instantly, but AH 11J sims better. Still, I really can't believe I missed H(U)H after thinking about just dropping the H for 10 points for a while.
>Will_Anderson: DENOOOT 11I D..OON +15 63
#note interesting play by Will! I don't think I would have made it, preferring to go with OOT 12H. (C)OO is the equity play as Will predetermined, but that doesn't look like it will work out all that often. This works out if I don't have an S.

>Joshua_Sokol: DFIIRVX 14J DRIV.. +14 121
#note I was looking to play something like M8 FID(O) but then this play seemed good, almost completely mirrorring the opening the D in DENOTE creates, since I can do nothing to use that opening except partially block with FID(O).
>Will_Anderson: IJLNRSZ L13 J.N +11 103
#note I blocked (KA)NJI, which was far and away the best play Will saw with his rack. I liked M9 IR(O)N to create the S-hook he wanted with KANJI.

#note I missed OLEF(I)N H1 after looking to do just that for a minute, and M8 GON(O)F didn't spring to mind because it doesn't really accomplish much. Lots of E's left, no need for the ELM leave. But I guess I get ELEM(I) with an E draw and stuff, so it looks fine.

#note interesting that I failed to consider M1 FAWN(S).
>Will_Anderson: ACEEEGG 3G GAGE +21 243
#note M1 AGE because he gets CREE(PA)GE sometimes but he can also just overlap with CEE for 31.

#note OR(B)Y to set up FORBY is cute. I know I would never want to make this play, but I'm unsure what I would do instead.

#note Championship player likes C5 W(O)NTON. That's suicide
>Will_Anderson: ?BEINRS C5 B.RNItES +61 386
#note C6 (O)BI looks good. I thought Will would need to set up a distraction lane here with a play like D2 RI(G) or a diversion like 14G N(U). N(U) hits the F a lot whereas I am likely to hit the R in FORBY, leaving the F unscathed. Problem is I can also fish one tile next turn and leave one in the bag, so I think he needs to play two tiles here or just play his best bingo. S(O)BERINg looks to be the best bingo, but that actually would have lost Will the game. (O)BI sets up two lanes on column B that are impossible to block both at once, so Will will just bingo out if I bingo. I can't pass either since he is too far ahead. Perhaps an issue arises if I play something beginning in O from B8, but Will can probably just play perpendicular on row 12 or 13 afterwards.
>Joshua_Sokol: ?AINOOT 8A NA.O +15 334
#note With time running out I knew I needed to find a 7 ending in O before I went over, and then an 8 through the S or a 7 on column B or D within a minute once I went over. I went over 1:40 seconds and knew I couldn't score enough to win, so I gave up. I missed bONIATO which would have won by 5 if I had seen it before my time ran out. Blew it.
