#note Wisely passing up SCARCES*
>Laurie_Cohen: AMMR 10F MARM. +15 107
#note I held this. I knew it didn't used to be good, but I'm not as solid on my new OWL words. Should've challenged.
>Nathan_Benedict: ACEERST E4 CREATES +78 131
#note I should have played ECARTES to prevent the easy EX comeback at F5.

>Nathan_Benedict: AEGHOOU 12H .UOHOG +38 352
#note Lucky to have an open Q. Not much else to do with this garbage rack.
>Laurie_Cohen: TT 6D T..T +11 256
>Nathan_Benedict: ADDEEIT 14A IDEATE +22 374
#note Blocking DEVIATED, which would've sewn it up. So what's best here? I figure I can outrun a bingo--it's two bingos I have to worry about. IDEATE minimizes that possibility by playing six tiles, plus the D gives me a likely comeback play at 15A which should score well. Let's see how well my brilliant plan holds up.
>Laurie_Cohen: DEILNOS N6 INDOLES +82 338
#note There's bingo number 1, and it's a natural, which is not a good sign.
>Nathan_Benedict: ADGGNOO 15A DONG +43 417
#note So far, the plan is working out great, as I'm back up 79 and have an AG on my rack for a play on row 13.
>Laurie_Cohen: EILOPRS D13 R.. +4 342
#note Laurie took a long time to make this play. I drew OPUV to my rack of AGO, which looks terrible, but is actually great. The worst case scenario for me is her having a high scoring bingo like dRIVELED, PROVIdeD, or PREVISED. As far as I can tell after playing a bit with Quackle, the only way I could lose is for her to bingo with fERRELED and then go out with LEXIS to win by 1! After she fishes off the R, I know I'm good.
>Nathan_Benedict: AGOOPUV O8 OPA +30 447
#note She blocked my nice VUG play, but this is enough to squeak it out no matter what she has.
>Laurie_Cohen: ?EEEILR A1 RELIEvE. +77 419
>Laurie_Cohen: (GOSUV) +18 437
