#note Pivotal move here. I really thought this was great defensively but apparently my other candidate moves like N7 NARC/TARP somehow stop bingos better, and N1 CERT is also better. Somehow, despite blocking a pretty good 7s lane, PERC yields a few more bingos than NARC - probably because NARC blocks the lane almost exactly as well (very difficult to front hook ER with this pool) and blocks the A conclusively, at a cost of setting up NARCS and NARCO plays that often play on row 14 already. Keeping the vowel also is a great way to prevent the sort of sequence that occurred in this game.
