>Lloyd_Mills: AVW 8G VAW +18 18
>Joshua_Sokol: AACDFLN 7H FA +17 17
#note FAN or FAD had better equity, but the far superior scoring defense FA provided seemed well worth it over the other options.
>Lloyd_Mills: ERZ 9H REZ +26 44
>Joshua_Sokol: ACDLNRT 10I DARN +28 45
#note while considering leave values, I thought CLT would be better than CLN. There is virtually no difference between DART and DARN other than the value of the two leaves. It would seemm that I was in fact slightly wrong. DART provides me with a higher average bingo% than DARN does. DAL on the other hand, which I wouldn't consider here, has far and away the highest bingo% for next turn, but is way less practical the other 80% of the time that I don't bingo. Alright, well, I've learned something today! CLN>CLT.
>Lloyd_Mills: DEORV L8 VE.DOR +28 72
>Joshua_Sokol: ?CDILTY 6I DaCTYLI +74 119
#note I suffer from a huge mental lapse here, and totally space out on hooking FAR with an A. DaCTYLI plays there for 7 more points. Also, DICoTYL plays where I played DaCTYLI for 8 more points. All in all, in considering whether or not DICTILY* was valid, I totally spaced out on a hook on a very easy board to spot plays on.

>Joshua_Sokol: BEEENUW M11 EWE +24 143
>Lloyd_Mills: KOP 2L KOP. +26 137
>Joshua_Sokol: BEINNRU 3I BRUIN +30 173
#note I thought he almost definitely had an S here, and I would be giving him a prime spot to bingo on, but I figured there was no telling if he actually had a bingo to go with that S, and I couldn't sacrifice too much.
But honestly, I may have been better off playing BURIN, even though it gave back a big X spot. I guess the X is possibly in his range, but usually he's just balancing with KOPH. If he doesn't have the X, it's definitely better for me to set up a better lane for a 7 under my word, just in case he burns me next turn and I need an escape route or 2.
>Lloyd_Mills: ABENORS 1F BORANES +88 225
#note I just played that!!!
>Joshua_Sokol: EFGINOR N13 FOG +20 193
#note Unfortunately I have a no-go now. None of my plays looked very advantageous. I didn't want to make a pure fish, because if I don't hit something next turn I'm falling more than a whole bingo behind Lloyd. If I had seen a play that both tried for a bingo while leaving other dynamic options available, I would have played it. This seemed like the safest route between going for a bingo and not giving too much back. N10 OF is a great fish that I missed out on. I think I would play that if I could choose. 2B FOGIE is just a middling play that scores without giving too much back, and N11 FEIGN just seemed way too risky despite it scoring well. Not sure about this one.

>Lloyd_Mills: EELSX 14H LEXES +39 374
#note dagger
>Joshua_Sokol: ADEINPS 15G PADI +39 323
#note blocked PANDIES, LEXES was a great play.
6B PES or PAS looks good here, preserve as many lanes as I can and hope he can't hit me hard.
>Lloyd_Mills: GIILMTT 6B MI +24 398
>Joshua_Sokol: ?EGINOS G13 NI. +19 342
#note a bingo looked like an insta-loss here. This looks like the best play, but he can definitely block pretty well. I have to hope for a great draw. I wanted to play J10 (ZA)G but he just responds with K10 (R)UT 80% of the time.

>Joshua_Sokol: ?EGOOOS 8L .OGS +63 405
>Joshua_Sokol: ?EGOOOS -- -63 342
#note damn, not the draw I needed. Hoped he would challenge this and be wrong for once in his life about an 8.
