#note A common theme in my games is that I don't trust myself to make the right strategic play so I just score points and hope for the best. I was quite sure he didn't have anything from the H, but I figured there was a chance he had something through the P. I briefly considered feeble plays like GAP, but was sure he would find some other way to kill me if I didn't score, and didn't take the time to find better plays there. DAAL is best (which Matthew pointed out instantly), but practically anything in that spot wins. Even if I had seen ELOPER, I wouldn't have been sure it was a word. ELOPERS/LEPROSE should be automatic for me at this point. At least I learned something from this game. Hopefully something will actually change now.
