>Michael_Fagen: AD K9 AD +20 30
>Jackson: BDEIKOT 10E BIKED +43 78
#note prefer to take out the bingo lane here, at a 2 point sacrifice. his rack probably isn't great for hitting 8k as well
>Michael_Fagen: OTU 11K OUT +14 44
>Jackson: ABEEORT 11C OBE +18 96
#note BOATER isn't the worst. OBE has a lot of easy, lucrative parallels for him, but AERT can hit both ROBE and OUTA so I think it's just worth it
>Michael_Fagen: AEY 12D YEA +31 75
>Jackson: AEEIRRT 13E TEARIER +67 163
#note this doesn't give back nearly as much as the others, especially cause the bingo lanes on this board will all give back lots to me
>Michael_Fagen: AEILOVY L3 UNbEARS +82 157
>Michael_Fagen: AEILOVY -- -82 75
>Jackson: EHNOQRT 14J HERON +47 210
#note plays to consider are HERON, HEN (not HERN cause there's a decent chance he finds fURANES), Q(I). HERON he will obviously play UNbEARS for 80, and I have QT and -33 after this exchange. if I play HEN, he either finds UNSwEAR for 70, leaving me with -41 and OQRT, but a more score-heavy board to play on. he might miss it and plays UNBEARS and OUTS or something for 64. I think HERON is worth it, also because where he plays unbears will make the N column hard to hit.
>Michael_Fagen: ?AENRSU O8 UNbEARS +80 155
>Jackson: ACEIPQT H12 C.IP +33 243
#note I remember my logic being that I play crip to make the 15 column basically impossible to hit, cause if I play qat he may slot a letter at h15 that I have to block. I don't really like this logic though, I think it's more important to take out the T lane and maximal by playing QAT.

>Michael_Fagen: ILV D3 LIV. +14 248
>Jackson: AFFISTY 8A S.IFF +45 375
#note FA(L)SIFY is actually pretty sweet. only problem is that he can fork the board with 3 letter plays from h1, but it is the most immediately defensive play. I considered STAFF and YAFF making ALIVE. I discarded yaff cause my S is not very powerful here, and I want to score points while ahead. I also would rather leave the worse lanes open with stiff, rather than open some dangerous 1 row possibilities with STAFF.
STIFF has the added advantage of keeping ATY to hit big scoring plays on the 2 row, since he usually doesn't have an A. I think Michael is good enough to play LIVE without keeping an A
>Michael_Fagen: ?DEELLV 3D .eVELLED +63 311
>Jackson: AAHNNTY 4K ANY +15 390
#note being very safe here. I did miss HY(L)A which might be best. I didn't play any 2 row plays because of fears of JINGOES/GINZOES type plays... I think my position here is good enough that I need to just eliminate those scenarios and I'll be fine. an advantage to ANY is that if he plays on the 2 row making ODA, I still get ODAH plays
>Michael_Fagen: GJNOPSU 5I JUG +32 343
>Jackson: AEHINTU M3 H.ENA +24 414
#note ooh I did not know STOPINGS, I need to block that at A8.
