I think OOH is fine, cause of the bag ratio and cause I block the highest scoring threat. if he bingoes along F column that's not the end of the world

I am not great at these positions because I tend to overestimate how often triple triples happen. PEON is of course better than PLOP for my average score, and I get 8 more points. but there is that tiny possibility!
the other thing to consider is that, at this point, he either needs a 3x3, a huge Z bingo, or 2 bingoes to win the game. PLOP is surely the play where he bingoes twice the least often (or maybe actually PEON, but it's close). EPOPEE can backfire.
I am not sure what is best here. I usually go with PLOP style plays, but I am far from sure.
