#note i kinda like FAERY because i have the M, but i don't know. quackle likes FAY best. i often don't consider plays that keep duplicate tiles, but it makes sense defensively. -2
>karris: ELMNO 8K MELON +30 60
>cesar: AERRRWY M8 .AWYER +26 53
#note -4. ARROWY. annoying, i barely considered it.

#note or maybe KEY 11K?
>karris: OVX 13H VOX +31 159

#note ugh i am the worst scrabble player EVER. i saw HIJRA the turn before but not now?????????? i seriously give up. -5
>karris: EU H11 ...UE +24 183
>cesar: ?CIORSV L1 VaRICOS. +82 192
#note completely missed evictors. -4.5 (surprisingly not that much more than just the -4 for the score .. the V there really isn't that dangerous? or is it mostly because i'm a tempo behind and need the extra lanes/volatility.
>karris: AHPS 15A HAPS +46 229
>cesar: EEGLOPU 2J PL.GUE +28 220
#note -1.5 11K GEY, or 14B POILU, or PLOY 11J which i saw. honestly, not sure. i like PLOY for the points now.
>karris: BU 11K BU. +26 255
>cesar: CEELNOO 14A ELO.N +23 243
#note there's a number of things i can do here. I do like ELOIN better than OLEO 1G but it's close.
>karris: AINQTTY O1 Y.TI +24 279
>cesar: ACDEGIO 7F COG +20 263
#note one thing i need to do is start bringing my own scoresheets. i keep making scoresheets in little notebooks and it's really screwing up my game. i didn't want to play DAGO because i was low on time and didn't realize the bag was more consonant heavy than i thought. but then i forgot and kept ADEI. ICE > AIDE. -4.5
also, wtf? COG kills a nice lane for -ED or -ER bingos. i don't know what i'm doing half the time.

#note here is where i made another terrible mistake. i mistracked, and was very low on time. by the time i finished retracking i was down to 1:30 on my clock, and had to quickly figure out what i could do. i did not think about this situation properly and ended up losing. The thought pattern I should have had is: game is a tie game, it's very unlikely that i'm going to be able to go out next turn, so what I should do is try to score as much as possible instead of balance my rack, since he's going to be the one to go out. Instead, i was low on time, and i'm rated about 400 in strategy, so i just thought i would go out with TALING if i draw it through the A. ??????????? why do i bother playing this game anymore? the right move here is clearly GAT in the same spot. it wins many endgames.

#note i'm seriously considering just quitting for a while and building computer scrabble tools instead. i seem to clearly enjoy it more than studying or playing practice games.
