#player2 Michael_Baker Michael Baker
>Jonathan_Lindh: ACDEIOR -O +0 0
#note 2017 Crescent City Cup Round 13: This play confused me a lot. CODEIA, CARDIO, CORIA or this?
>Michael_Baker: EYZ 8G YEZ +30 30
#note I wish I had that O back.
>Jonathan_Lindh: ACDEIRT 9H DA +19 19
#note Another hard situation. Still no bingo. I think this is best.
>Michael_Baker: FL H6 FL.. +8 38
>Jonathan_Lindh: CEIIORT F8 OI +18 37
#note Best play!
>Michael_Baker: ITX 6H .IXT +30 68
>Jonathan_Lindh: CEEIORT 5J OE +17 54
#note Best play! Another hard situation!
>Michael_Baker: ?AEGNSV 4D AVENGeS +84 152
#note GENEVAS in same spot for 4 more.
>Jonathan_Lindh: BCEIKRT 10B BRICK +46 100
#note Best play!
>Michael_Baker: DFMNOQS -DFMNO +0 152
#note Exchange 5 tiles.

#note Best play!
>Michael_Baker: EJU 2F JE.U +30 182
>Jonathan_Lindh: ADEGHTT 10I GHAT +29 153
#note Best play!
>Michael_Baker: AEILRSW M4 WAILERS +71 253
#note Best play!
>Jonathan_Lindh: CDEEIOT 8L C.DE +30 183
#note Hard situation! N3 COEDIT and N1 DECEIT are sweet overlaps, but they pretty much concede the game. My play is the best in this spot, and I think I need to take a chance with getting vowel heavy to open up a bingo lane.
>Michael_Baker: ABR L2 BRA +20 273
>Jonathan_Lindh: AEINOTV 3B OVA +14 197
#note This is absolutely the right play! Opens up a triple line with the hook in tow, preserves the O line and preserves a good leave.
>Michael_Baker: GLU 5B GUL +7 280
#note Mike senses a setup and tries to block...
>Jonathan_Lindh: EEILNRT O1 TREELIN. +77 274
#note ...However, I never had a bingo on the A line. Just TREELINE. Now I'm back in the game. I always wanted to play TREELINE so I'm pretty pumped about now.
>Michael_Baker: DENR A1 REND +28 308
>Jonathan_Lindh: AEFMNRT C9 F.AMER +30 304
#note Best play!
>Michael_Baker: IO 12C .OI +10 318
>Jonathan_Lindh: AEINOTW 11J OWE +29 333
#note Best play!
>Michael_Baker: ADO 12K ADO +22 340
>Jonathan_Lindh: AINNPTT 14B P.INT +18 351
#note Bad draw! I went back and forth between PRINT and TRIPTAN forever. I'm still not sure which one is best, so I just picked one and hit my clock.
>Michael_Baker: IQ 15A QI +37 377
#note I was getting socked with QI if I did TRIPTAN as well.
>Jonathan_Lindh: ANOSTUY 15E OATY +25 376
#note Best play! I need to score, but I need to block triple word score bingos as well. IMPONES/IMPONED is the major threat here.
>Michael_Baker: ?EIMNOP 14H MOPINg +22 399
#note I thought I had drawn all my tiles and then I did a quick shake and an S dropped out. Good thing I checked. Mike does not have a playable bingo here. MOPINg and MOPIEr for 22 at 14H are his only wins. I thought I had him beat because I assumed he would have done M13 MOP which loses by 2. Congratulations to Mike for finding one of his two wins.
>Jonathan_Lindh: NSSU G10 SUNS +19 395
#note Best play!
>Jonathan_Lindh: (E) +2 397
#note This game goes down as one of my best played games ever and I only have a 2 point loss to show for it. Thankfully this loss would be the last loss of the 5 game losing streak.
