#note this was a weird spot, and I guess I made the wrong play in the end, but normally this looks goodu

#note I took forever here to make this abysmal play. Not sure this was my rack, but I had QS. Why not just play 7I GI to make a safer setup?

#note damn, nice one
>Joshua_Sokol: EINOUVZ A7 VOE +32 320
#note Annnd I miss ENVOI for the millionth time, which might lead to more victories even though it flat out empties the bag. I could catch Craig with crap and draw well into my Z perhaps. VOE is champ's favourite and leaves more to the unknown for Craig, but for some reason I think ENVOI may have won it for me
>Craig_Rowland: EKL A13 ELK +23 367
#note played almost immediately, as FAZE was in the unseen pool for Craig
>Joshua_Sokol: AFINOUZ 5C .U. +3 323
#note I spent almost 10 minutes trying to figure out what the heck to do here to try and win. I saw that (K)ANZU lost, and missed the best play, L2 AZU(RE). I decided to block one Q spot, force him to use the other or get stuck, and from there try to muster up some crazy way to win. I wanted to leave the possibility of F(L)AN 2B open somehow, but couldn't see a good way of doing that. I basically needed to surprise Craig with a high-scoring play somehow, and that play was ZA O1. But I shouldn't have scored 2 points in the process. I should have just played NU there for 11, followed by ZA and I(N)FO I guess. Still I knew this wasn't enough.
>Craig_Rowland: CEFLQT 3M Q. +22 389
>Joshua_Sokol: AFINOZ O1 ZA +36 359
#note Honestly I should play something other than ZA here, because I need Craig to play FE O1 to block and stick himself but that doesn't work. Anyways I had 9 seconds left after this play.
>Craig_Rowland: CEFLT K12 FELT +14 403
#note Inexplicably played this and stuck himself with the C, and I had 5 seconds to make sure of that.
>Joshua_Sokol: FINO 4B F. +5 364
#note found the best sequence (I think) with no time left
>Craig_Rowland: C - +0 403
#note Craig tried to confirm the score and I said I didn't know it but we could stop the clock to figure it out. He said no and immediately passed, leaving me with 3 seconds to finish the endgame.

#note almost stole another game! Finished the game with 00:00.
