#player2 Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard Conrad Bassett-Bouchard
>Joshua_Sokol: ?CEFIPW H5 WIFE +20 20
#note Quackle hates this. I wanted a less scoring-heavy overlapped board, and I didn't like FEW in that regard. I probably way overthought this position.
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: AACLLOT 8A ALLOCAT. +83 83
>Joshua_Sokol: ?CDEEPR D6 PR.CEEDs +74 94
#note while I was looking for bingos Conrad started tracking off tiles that had not yet been played. I was just like "are you serious, you're going to bingo again?"... So thinking he has a bingo no matter what I went for this instead of PReCEDE at I1 for a really stupid, tilted reason: I want to make sure the board stays open. It'll be open if I take I1 plays too, so I don't know what I was thinking. Perhaps I thought he had a 2x2 through the C, though I only made out that he had ES on his rack. PARCE(L)ED scores the most and that makes sense as well. I like my original idea of PRECEDE though since it creates a spot to score next turn, albeit not a huge one.
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: BEELOST I2 BOLETES +85 168
#note this was his better placement, OBSOLETE his backup plan
>Joshua_Sokol: DEHHINU 13B HU.HED +28 122
#note Maybe just HU(s)H, but I'm fine keeping a less balanced leave for 10 more points on an open board. Perhaps E11 HEH then.
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: EFNRY 14F FERNY +43 211
#note alright
>Joshua_Sokol: AEIINNO 15J EONIAN +26 148
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: AADERSS 2F JOB.Y +43 254
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: AADERSS -- -43 211
#note he was thinking of JOBBIE
>Joshua_Sokol: AADIMSX 13I ADMIX +42 190
#note 13J for 6 less is a safer alternative to this, as he often has a big scoring play with BOY overlapping this play.

I briefly looked for an X setup to counter his commitment to getting rid of most of JOBY next turn, but didn't see anything worthwhile.

My ADMIX still winning the sim by a few points :/

Aggravating that I couldn't find anything to exploit about Conrad's two blatant mistakes this game
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: BEJNOTY 12K EBONY +49 260
>Joshua_Sokol: AIPSTUW B10 WAS.UP +44 234
#note A10 PITSAW is better. Missed it.
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: AJT H1 TAJ +43 303
>Joshua_Sokol: IKMSSTU 15A S.IK +45 279
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: AGIN J2 AGIN +33 336
>Joshua_Sokol: MOQRSTU F6 QU.RTO +37 316
#note really unhappy with how the board is shaping up here, but I can still hit the T. I'm probably going to need to get a bingo to win as there are many scoring options on the board and it might be hard to get ahead considering the decent tile pool.
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: AEGOTT K5 TOGATE +28 364
>Joshua_Sokol: AIMOSUV 11L OVA +26 342
#note I missed the plural of this word in the same spot, and it might have won me the game. This was really my worst play of the matchup. 8K (A)VISO also looks nice. I got fixated on the cute spot for my M at E11 and I think that messed up my thought process and playfinding.
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: ?LOZ 8K .ZOLe +69 433
>Joshua_Sokol: DIIIMSU 9M MI +16 358
#note fish the I and go for MISGUIDE but he'll block for sure. This isn't good though
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: EEGIRRV O4 REIV. +8 441
>Joshua_Sokol: DIINRSU A11 DIS +24 382
#note missed his better out, just saw the setup on column N. Nice endgame for him. -4 for me
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: EGR 3H ...GER +30 471
>Conrad_Bassett-Bouchard: (INRU) +8 479
