#note totally missed RATIONS/RUN/AMU/TE/IT, which is wayyy better than my play. I played RATIONS over aroints and notaries cause notaries leaves the FUMETS hook hanging, and AROINTS gives back more points than rations.

#note IRID and RID I considered basically, though also IODIN is there to consider. Tough call - the M/V hooks of IRID aren't actually too bad for me, though definitely unideal. I ended up favouring IRID because I want to tend towards scoring leaves rather than bingo/noscore leaves like INOR. Also, I am drawing 4 tiles to the MV hooks whereas he just drew 3 (he didn't have a M or V with wot, otherwise mow or vow). Not convinced IRID is better but I think it's pretty similar to RID, soextra 4 points are good. Q agrees

#note SHOJI is best here. I preferred OH to HAJ cause it blocks the lane, but now I prefer HAJ, as it better outruns other bingoes. An N column bingo is not bad for me after HAJ - OH could run into trouble with consonants.
