#note PIA is perhaps a better version of this play, cause he hits the spot less often. If he bingoes this spot helps me outrun, and if he hits the spot I'm still a favourite. I wasn't a fan of any of the blocks.

#note can't empty the bag cause nothing outruns (not even librae). whereon, thereon, whereto (missed this one) play along the bottom, and quite a few on the top. HOMETOWN and HONEWORT still play after AB, and none of them play on the top after aba. it seems that AB outruns THEREON always, WHEREON 2/3, and WHERETO 1/3. I am not too concerned about not emptying the bag here, because I imagine I can deal with almost any fish. I didn't permute WHERETO here cause I didn't see it, but I was confident the extra tiny bingo % I could give up with AB was worth the outrunning potential.
