#note Looks like a fairly significant pre-endgame blunder on my part. I thought it was crucial to ditch the V, since it would be an unwieldy tile to play off at the end, but it turns out it's far more important to take out the high-scoring spot at O8. DITS/INS is 32, and despite the weird leave and empty bag, it's necessary here if I want to outscore Paul in the endgame.
