#player2 Charles_Reinke Charles Reinke
>Steve_Grob: AAEGOSV 8F AVO +12 12
>Charles_Reinke: ADEHIQY 9C QAID +27 27
>Steve_Grob: ACEGLMS 7C GLAM +15 27
#note G3 MAGLE(V)S scores 34.
>Charles_Reinke: EHOPRWY I8 WHY +26 53
>Steve_Grob: AACCEST J6 CASE +28 55
#note Missed bingo: SACCATE
>Charles_Reinke: ABEIOPR D1 PARBOI. +28 81
#note 10A OBIA is another good play which I didn't consider. I played this as soon as I saw it.
>Steve_Grob: ?ACEJKT 11C JACKETs +100 155
#note Was tempted to try JET(P)ACKS* for 248.
>Charles_Reinke: EEOORTZ H11 .ROOZ +45 126
#note Played over 3C T(R)OOZ because I wanted to keep those lanes open.
>Steve_Grob: ILNOOVX 12B VOX +53 208
>Charles_Reinke: EEEFIST 1B TE.EFIES +89 215
#note All three of the eights in this rack are playable on this board.
>Steve_Grob: AEIILNY 13C YE +46 254
>Charles_Reinke: ?EEEFOT 3B FO.EfEET +74 289
#note Steve's last play was a hidden blessing, since I was all set to play 13C FEE. Not often you see a bingo-bango with each word containing an F and three E's.
>Steve_Grob: AIILNOR B12 .AIN +20 274
>Charles_Reinke: IINNSUU 6H UN.I +6 295
#note Exchanging is better.
>Steve_Grob: BDILORU 15A U.BID +27 301
>Charles_Reinke: INRSTUU F11 .URU +10 305
>Steve_Grob: EGLNORT K9 ROTL +14 315
#note TONGLER is dead to both sevens and eights, surprisingly enough. C-Player likes 5C L(O)GON here, or K3 LOG(I)N.
>Charles_Reinke: HINNSTW K4 WH.N +22 327
#note K2 WITH(I)N could be better since it blocks the last useful bingo lane on row 2. But I have bingo aspirations of my own.
>Steve_Grob: AEEGILN L8 GENIAL +33 348
>Charles_Reinke: AILMNST 11K ..L +3 330
#note I was proud of this play. AIMNST bingos with twelve of the thirteen tiles in the bag (everything except the N). If Steve blocks the new lane in column N, I still bingo with nine of the remaning tiles (EEIODDGRRT).
>Steve_Grob: DEEGPRS 2H REG +14 362
#note Afterwards, I felt I lost the game with this play. I can't block both bingo alleys, obviously, and the intent was to be able to use the O-column and outscore him. But to make that possible, I need to score more on this turn. Something like PERE or GREE in the L column might do it. C-Player goes a different route, playing GR(O)PE at 5B for 16.
>Charles_Reinke: ADIMNST N8 MANTIDS +78 408
#note The N5 placements wins significantly more often because it makes it harder for Steve to bingo back. The DEINOPRST pool is way too dangerous.
>Steve_Grob: DENOPST O7 PONES +42 404
>Charles_Reinke: IR B3 .IR +6 414
>Charles_Reinke: (TD) +6 420
