7/7/16 Update: If anyone else is interested in joining the MADNESS division, please let me (Dan Horowitz) know ASAP - I have one Madness player willing to move over to Mildness in order to keep things even, so I could conceivably accommodate another player.

I note that NASPA's tournament committee has given me special permission to take cumulative spread into account when applying the Gibson rule as follows: 750 points with one round remaining, plus an additional 350 points per round for computing Gibsonization in any earlier rounds (e.g., 750 points in round 39; 1100 points in round 38; 1450 points in round 37; etc.). This only applies to the Madness tournament.
