8/27/15 Update:

1. Although our group rate at the hotel has expired, I booked 6 rooms (4 with 2 queen beds, 2 with 1 king) under my own name before the deadline. I can transfer these rooms to any players that may be interested. Priority will be given to those who are planning to stay at the hotel all three nights (Friday, Saturday & Sunday), as that will help reduce/eliminate the fee we need to pay for the playing room (but if you are interested in a room for just Saturday & Sunday night, let me know, as I may be able to accommodate you).

2. Mildness will NOT be odd as the director will play if necessary in order to ensure an even number of players.
