When you click on the hotel reservation link, on the left side of the tan box, you'll see that under "Special Room Rates" there is only a link for booking rooms with 1 king size bed. Our rate also includes rooms with 2 double beds, and you can book those rooms (same price as the king rooms) by clicking on the "Book a Room" link on the right side of that box.

The final number of players will definitely be even, so there will be NO BYES!

Format: Top division is open w/ unlimited playups w/ format TBD based on the final number of players, subject to caveats listed below. All other divisions will have 8 players & play a complete RR + KOH.

Caveats re: top division:
1. Top Division will consist of the 8 players with the highest ratings, plus those that have asked to play up.
2. All play-up requests will be granted UNLESS additional players are needed to make sure all of the lower divisions have 8 players.
3. If I do need to deny some play-up requests in order to make sure the lower divisions are even, the play-up requests will be denied based on ratings - i.e. if I need 1 player to even out the lower divisions, the player with the lowest rating that asked to play up will not be able to do so and will instead be assigned to the appropriate lower division based on rating. If 2 players are needed to even out the lower divisions then the play-up requests from the players with the two lowest ratings will be denied, etc...
