>Darin_True: ??AABCI H1 CopAIBA. +83 127
#note fortunately Darin didn't find higher-scoring options such as (T)AxICABs or arABICA(S), though this was impressive enough, and made me realize that I was playing a very strong opponent.
>Josh: AIIMUYZ C3 MAUZY +55 139
>Darin_True: DLOP D1 PLOD +30 157
>Josh: IIKNNTV E11 INK +26 165
#note just KNIT on the other side is a significant improvement. A play I did not see. I would struggle later with the fact that EJECTIONS is just wide open. #findingsmall
>Darin_True: EO 10C E.O +13 170
#note even just this play was impressive. I don't know if I would see OINK like this
>Josh: HINNRTV 7G R.VIN +16 181
#note this is not the play I want to make after E(C)O. I'm increasing his chances of getting a bingo down by creating an easy E hook with RAVINE, as well as donating a prime floater in the N. 7G N(A)V seems reasonable here, I hit many things from the C in COPAIBAS. Still, I'm creating the same sort of problem with NAVE, and a bingo making NAVE will constrict the board even further than something with RAVINE would. Not sure here. I really don't want the V, but playing it means playing antithematically. #questionable
>Darin_True: IQ 6J QI +64 234
>Josh: HOORTVY 1A HOO.Y +39 220
#note in big trouble here. Still, not enough trouble to justify completely forgetting that this is just not a word. HOOPIEST*=ISOPHOTE. Luckily, no hold from Darin. In terms of what to play here, I saw this, RYOT C12, and HOOTY 5K. I did not see 1A TRO(P)HY, which is just a better version of HOOPY* altogether. That seems correct. #knowledgesaddest #findingsad
>Darin_True: EGHNNST 4G H.NGNEST +74 308
>Josh: AALRSTV 15A LAVS +43 263
#note held and released HANGNEST. Eventually had to convince myself that it was a word, just a very damaging word to my winning chances. I didn't really like doing this since I knew there were tons of duplicate Ts and Rs o draw, but it still seemed worth it over other plays here, such as AVAST or TAVS or VARS.
>Darin_True: EFI 3L FIE +23 331
>Josh: ABRRRTT -BRRT +0 263
#note how did I miss 2M BRR? It's not great to block the C, but it's worse to score zero with a reasonable play on hand. This was horrendous. #findingSADDEST
>Darin_True: AGO E3 GOA +18 349
>Josh: AANRRTW 2M AWN +27 290
#note Now I have a reasonable option that doesn't block the C. C12 AW. #findingmedium
>Darin_True: AB 9F AB +19 368
>Josh: AAORRTT 11D ..TRATOR +16 306
#note AB showed me that he doesn't have the X, so I figured I would dig for it and see what happened. This sets up some plays from H11.
>Darin_True: EEGIST O4 SIEGE +35 403
#note Darin said he regretted not playing TEG 10H to restrict X plays and not open the board. Either way, it's very hard to lose this game.
>Josh: ADEEFMR N8 DEFAMER +95 401
#note somehow, I get a complete and utter gift after throwing away the game multiple times. If I can draw the X and decent stuff to go with it, I can win.
>Darin_True: IX 12H XI +36 439
>Josh: DEELORU M6 URODELE +81 482
#note or this could happen. Complete fluke. I should not have gotten a bingo down on this board, this late.
>Darin_True: ILRTTUW J1 TWI. +16 455
>Josh: D 10B D... +11 493
>Josh: (LRTU) +8 501
