>Morris_Greenberg: EENORTT K5 NETT.ER +28 52
#note Missed NOTE(L)ET, that looks a bit better.
>Agnes_Kramer: ?AERSTY 12I mASTERY +84 96
>Morris_Greenberg: AEGOOPW O8 GOOP. +33 85
#note I didn't remember this spelling of WOOP(Y), that's better here.
>Agnes_Kramer: DEEGMRX 13L EX +38 134
>Morris_Greenberg: AEENOWW J5 OWE +31 116
#note WOWEE L4 is good too.
>Agnes_Kramer: ?DEGIMR 10B MIRaGED +75 209
>Agnes_Kramer: ?DEGIMR -- -75 134
>Morris_Greenberg: ACENPTW L4 WETA +26 142
#note Blocking GRIMED here, I didn't see MIsGR(AD)ED (I saw no 7s or 8s were available) but likely would still have done this assuming that Agnes did not see it the previous turn.
>Agnes_Kramer: ?DEGIMR 10F GID +14 148
>Morris_Greenberg: CEINOOP 13F CONI +10 152
#note I prefered a blockier play here and force Agnes to open to use her good tiles effectively (while I have time to reshape my rack to pounce if Agnes opens). It's also important to use the I here with so many unseen, so CION, COIN, or CONI is better than COO or COON. While CONI scores 4 fewer, I realized it avoids a lot of scenarios that are unpleasant. E.g., if Agnes plays (AN)D or (AN)E J12 after CION or COIN, the best I am guaranteed to be able to block with is (O)PE after COIN, and nothing great after CION. Quackle prefers COIN or CION, but simulations won't capture that nuance. Best non-blocking option is PO 2M to try going for bingos myself.

>Agnes_Kramer: ?AEFMRU N2 EF +23 184
>Morris_Greenberg: AEEENRS 1N RE +12 179
#note Quackle prefers (A)NE J12, I missed it in the game. I am not sure if I would have had enough confidence in Agnes having not good enough tiles to play it. I was choosing between RE 1N and EN O1. I decided that Rs on this board aren't the most helpful, and considering all of the Is and Us in the bag, the N was a better tile. One thing I forgot to consider here is that Agnes still has an R, so Quackle prefers EN to RE. Also, AE O1 is better than both given the As left.
>Agnes_Kramer: ?AAIMRU H13 .AM +15 199
>Morris_Greenberg: AEEIINS N5 INIA +9 188
#note Since Agnes is starting to pull away with the lead, I need to keep the M open and start opening in general. Quackle slightly prefers I(C)E, presumably for an (ICE)S play thereafter, but I wonder if it just is not giving Agnes enough credit for keeping things tight here.
>Agnes_Kramer: ?AHIKRU 11D KHI +23 222
>Morris_Greenberg: EEIOSST D10 O.E +14 202
#note Very tough turn. I saw I have the last O but there are still a lot of I's, but -IEST words off of the M are so good, and _ESTS and _ISTS are amazing too at 14J. The plan I decided was to open a baby bingo line for Agnes while I go for higher point M_ _ _ IEST words or JESTS or ZESTS to essentially tie the game or have a slight lead.
>Agnes_Kramer: ?ALLRUU -LLUU +0 222
>Morris_Greenberg: EFIMSST 14J FISTS +49 251
#note Not the best case scenario here, but still in a much better position than a few turns ago.
>Agnes_Kramer: ?AAABHR C12 BAA +14 236
>Morris_Greenberg: ADEGMRU B13 AMU +20 271
#note There isn't a great way to block the bingo lane, so priorities are scoring and getting rid of the U while not giving up more. I would have prefered keeping the A here given the amount of consonants in the bag, but didn't think the score sacrifice merited it. Quackle prefers GUM I3 a bit, I think that makes life way too easy on Agnes with 3 I's and N's unseen to me.
>Agnes_Kramer: ?ABEHIR 13A B.. +5 241
>Morris_Greenberg: DEGJLRR D9 J... +15 286
>Agnes_Kramer: ?ACEHIR 10C H. +5 246
>Morris_Greenberg: DEGLLRR 15A G.LL +24 310
#note I decided that only R(HO) could be worth it to address the HO lane, as the game now is about outrunning Agnes, which requires not allowing high-point bingos (GRR therefore not worth it). I realized though that a play on row 15 does that much more comfortably for me, and decided GULL over GULLED gives me much more flexibility across draws to be able to outrun a bingo. I missed DULLER in the moment which looks like the star play here, GR pairs really nicely with the bag.
>Agnes_Kramer: ?ACEIRV 15F VI. +8 254
>Morris_Greenberg: DENRRUU 10B R.. +8 318
#note The star play here is UN(VEXT), beautiful. I thought scoring 8 and taking away am extra 8 points for a bingo was worth it here. Quackle dislikes this, but now I get first-mover advantage in an endgame where Agnes draws if she bingos this turn so I think this is probably better than Quackle credits.
>Agnes_Kramer: ?ACENRS B4 CRANkE.S +61 315
#note Agnes didn't designate the blank, and I hit the clock immediately back to her as we both had under a minute here and I didn't know what the blank could be. When she circled the K that ended my confusion, I didn't take the time to think about it being CRANKER and CRANKEST, not CRANKER and CRANKERS*. I am still in good shape to win here.
>Morris_Greenberg: DENNRUU 4B .URN +12 330
#note I forgot Agnes emptied the bag in the confusion there. This wins per Quackle (it's second best win), but I didn't solve this at all. I would've likely played (R)UNNER had I realized the bag was empty, which actually only ties with perfect play.
>Agnes_Kramer: DEIIUYZ E2 ZI.E +26 341
>Morris_Greenberg: DENU I3 DUN +10 340
#note I made this play and hit my clock with exactly 0:00 on my clock (and Agnes was at 1 second left after ZINE). I should have just taken an extra 10-20 seconds to actually study the position here and find a win instead of make a panick play after UNDE was blocked. UND(U)E and (I)NDUE end the game immediately, UN(VEXT) and (Z)ED is a very pretty 2 turn sequence, and even more simply NU C6 and any number of ED plays win too. Overall I am happy with how I defended/outran in this game when having to consider an opponent holding the blank on turns 5-14 (I think this is the most turns in a row I have had to play with that knowledge), but the extra time invested per turn to be precise with that knowledge made me play poorly in the endgame. A great lesson for future games.

>Morris_Greenberg: E J14 .E +5 345
#note Crazily enough, I missed a tie here! H(E) E11. I even spent extra time once I ran over scanning the board, I didn't do so carefully enough.
