#note Sims about evenly with 9L IF 21. Interestingly, I only bingo slightly less (under 2% less) with FOH than IF. I thought FOH might be harder to overlap and kill all the 8s lines, but I didn't care much for either option. I could see playing IF here as well.

#note Sim prefers 7L AHI 22 by almost 13 points, with 11J AHI 16 coming about 3.5 behind the higher scoring placement. AHI at 7L is obviously risky, especially without an S. However, according to the sim I will bingo 39% of the time after AHI 7L, or 41% after 11J, vs. 30% for THRIVE. I'm not sure how much I considered AHI at 7L, and may simply have missed it at 11J. THRIVE forces the board open in a safer way than AHI at 7L, and keeps an R to hook THRIVE, but too many other things hook there as well. It relies more on bingoing through T or E, which I apparently don't do often enough after my play. A problem with AHI at 11J is it scores too little and doesn't open anything for me. It is too conservative when I need volatility. I'll reluctantly agree with the sim about AHI at 7L, given the resounding equity difference.

#note The sim likes my choice best, but B10 WEBER, which I forgot, is next at about 4 points behind. The board is getting open enough that EEIR isn't that bad a leave, though still risky of course. Row 1 with A next to DLS and JQX and lots of other scoring tiles seemed like it needed to be addressed. I also bingo 5% more often after WAME, as it turns out.

>Andy_Hoang: ANY 12K ANY +27 301
>David_Weisberg: EIINNOR A7 INRO +21 242
#note This sims best but I was at a loss here. 4D INION 17 is next at 2 points behind. It turns over another tile toward getting one of the blanks, but I think it may lead to a more closed board because Andy will likely play on column A if I don't, and he will try to do so in a way that makes hooks harder. INION more or less closes row 2 for me as well.

I'm not sure how accurate a reading it is at this stage, but the play with a slightly higher win % than the others I simmed, while being well back in equity, is M12 YONI 14. In a sim it bingos next turn 49% of the time. The problem is how much it gives back. His average next turn in a sim is 56 points, which is hard to fathom, but it must be a reflection of J and blanks still being unseen. YONI seems too desperate at this point. So, I'll take the sim's compliment and agree with my own play of INRO, which scores most (besides IRONE which gives up a precious E) and unduplicates the rack while not closing off too much. With 3 R's unseen, I could easily get one back.
