#player2 Steve_Ozorio Steve Ozorio
>Arie_Sinke: EEELTUZ 8G ZEE +24 24
#note This is fine.
>Steve_Ozorio: ADIQS J4 QADIS +32 32
>Arie_Sinke: EEGILTU K2 GUILE +30 54
#note This is best.
>Steve_Ozorio: ABHT 9F BATH +37 69
>Arie_Sinke: CEGGLRT 10D GLEG +27 81
#note This is best.
>Steve_Ozorio: LOST L1 LOTS +39 108
>Arie_Sinke: CDJNRTU 6G JUD..R +15 96
#note Maybe TRUNCAL 5E for 18 - the sim likes it slightly better than my play. I would prefer to give up a few points to shed the J and keep a more developed leave.
>Steve_Ozorio: EOV 1L .OVE +21 129
>Arie_Sinke: CEINOPT 11C PION +24 120
#note COIN/CION in the same spot sims a bit better, and I can see the logic behind that. Keep a slightly less bingo prone leave to avoid giving back easy scoring counterplays at 12 A-D.
>Steve_Ozorio: EEIMNOR N1 .OMERINE +80 209
>Arie_Sinke: CEKTTUY O8 TUCK +36 156
#note I didn't know that TUCKET was a word. It's clearly better than my play for the extra 9 points.
>Steve_Ozorio: ?AENPSX 12F EXPANSe +92 301
>Arie_Sinke: ?ADETTY H12 .ATY +27 183
#note Missed YATT(e)rED L8 for 66, which may or may not be better than this. I need to bingo multiple times to get back in the game, and at least this kind of forks the board.
>Steve_Ozorio: AOU 14F OU.A +6 307
>Arie_Sinke: ?DEHLOT L8 HOsT.LED +66 249
#note This is my only bingo. It is probably still worth it over something like HOED 12A (I think) - at any rate we are dealing with low winning chances here.
>Steve_Ozorio: IIMO 15K I.IOM +24 331
>Arie_Sinke: AAENNRS D8 AN..NA +16 265
#note I think this is my only real option to open up the board in a way that's difficult for Steve to control.
>Steve_Ozorio: FIRT 8A IFT.R +24 355
>Steve_Ozorio: FIRT -- -24 331
>Arie_Sinke: AEIRRRS 2N .R +4 269
#note IFTAR# is slated to be added in the next dictionary update. Here I made a one tile fish, got what I was looking for, and still lost. I get a 7 8/18 of the time after fishing off the R, but often Steve will be able to block effectively. Perhaps SARI M12 is the play - obviously it bingos less often, but by scoring 30 I will be much more likely to win if I do land that unlikely lucky bingo. RAIA/ARIA at 8A is also an idea that the sim likes - I should either get the AR as floaters or be able to use the S hook no matter what Steve plays.
>Steve_Ozorio: FIR 8B FI.R +7 338
>Arie_Sinke: ACEIRRS E1 SCARRIE. +70 339
#note I got what I needed. I should be able to win 10-15% of endgames with optimal play from both sides after bingoing.
>Steve_Ozorio: AEINOTW 4A WAIT.ON +28 366
#note Almost any reasonable play will win for Steve.
>Arie_Sinke: BDEFVWY B2 BE.DY +38 377
#note Best I can do.
>Steve_Ozorio: E 11K E. +8 374
>Steve_Ozorio: (FVW) +24 398
