#note really had no idea if this was a word. It is indeed a lone 7 with no other conjugation
>Anna_Miransky: AACEGRU - +0 225
#note very reasonable challenge, I might have too if I were her
>Jackson: EIINOTT M12 OI +17 204
#note considered this and TI/THACK mainly. I felt like TI gets blocked by H1 plays too easily, though I still keep the M lane which my leave works well for. OI bingoes slightly more immediately, but it's very close. I liked that the spot I am opening works pretty well with my leave going forward, but it is a bit technically worse immediately. Tough call - I think optimally I like OI to keep the LMN columns all open, making it a bit harder to take out everything with an L column play. TI is good nonetheless

#note did not see INTENT N9, which does reach for the blank etc. It does well in a sim, 5 points ahead of TEEN. I could see doing it here to try and grind out a slow win, but honestly dont love it given H1 open and generally a lot of pretty decent scoring spots. Hard to argue with such a sim result though, I guess there is enough variance in reaching for the blank and X plays that INTENT has merit
>Anna_Miransky: V I6 V.. +6 256
>Jackson: EEHINPT 14G HEP +21 240
#note pretty cool position, and it's cool playing a wider range of players because you see more interesting positions where you have to approach range finding differently. VIS was played fairly quickly, but is likely not a sort of permuted rack like ADENRSV that hits a lot on the board. The question is whether to play B13 HEP or not - it does add a lane to the board and score 4 points more than the other HEP, but VIS normally looks like a play that holds very well. I think in this case the S is less in her range than normal, having a blank makes more sense, and if she has a leave with a few clunky consonants that shedding the V clears up, a play like HEP B13 makes a lot of sense. I wanted to play it safe and prevent a lot of instant losses, but if she bingoes on the right side with an ODS bingo my odds are not good either, so maybe adding that lifeline is worth it anyways. I was hoping to keep the lanes centralized on the right side, hope she misses, and then bingo to seal the game myself. Hard to evaluate this kind of plan - with a less than perfect leave on her end, this safe response might have some merit. I would love to hear thoughts on this position
>Anna_Miransky: GGR 6B GR.G +10 266
#note at this point this play really supported the blank hypothesis
>Jackson: EIIINRT G3 .ITI +15 255
#note still battling the blank with pretty 4 tile leaves, hoping to win the race

#note did not see or know IMAGISTIC, which is nice now. I knew what was in the bag from her play, so I am going for ASTRICT here.
