>Arie_Sinke: BNNNSUV 8G BUNN +12 12
#note Noah showed up a bit late and played the entire game with 12:02 on his clock. He did manage to avoid going overtime. BUNN iis my best play, but it looks like exchanging may be a bit better, which illustrates what a bad tile the V is - NSV is apparently more than 12 points worse than NS? I find that hard to believe.
>Noah_Kalus: HIKT J5 THI.K +20 20
>Arie_Sinke: IRSSSUV 10F VIRUS +33 45
#note This is best.
>Noah_Kalus: ADOT K4 TOAD +22 42
>Arie_Sinke: ?LMSSTW 6I S..WM +13 58
#note This is best. It occasionally pays to know those weird fives.
>Noah_Kalus: EILW L1 WILE +26 68
>Arie_Sinke: ?AELSTT N1 sALTEST +82 140
#note A number of 82 point options are available at N1. I would go for pELTAST on a replay just because it makes non-bingo 3x3s less likely.
>Noah_Kalus: ADIORT O7 ADROIT +26 94
>Arie_Sinke: AEFGNRV 7D VEGAN +17 157
#note Tough turn. My play does okay in the sim but it's probably not best. I'm averse to slotting a tile at N15, but I probably have to bite the bullet and go with GANEV N11 for 23. I give Noah easy scoring options but I also snag six extra points myself right now so it comes out ahead.
>Noah_Kalus: AEGRU D7 .AGUER +22 116
>Arie_Sinke: ACEFORY E11 FEY +30 187
#note This is a very weak play. I overlooked RAREFY H10 for 36, a clear winner, and FEY probably isn't the best of the lower scoring alternatives. Apparently it pays to hang on to an E here.
>Noah_Kalus: IQ N11 QI +24 140
>Arie_Sinke: ACEFORT H10 .AFTER +39 226
#note This looks best.
>Noah_Kalus: BEEPR E3 BEEP.R +22 162
>Arie_Sinke: ACIIOOO 3C CO.IA +20 246
#note This appears to be worth it over exchanging. It may be better to go for CIAO D1 for six extra points while opening up row 1. It's just so hard to be certain.
>Noah_Kalus: HILO 1J LO.I.H +33 195
>Arie_Sinke: EEIIOOO 15F OO.IE +5 251
#note This is either correct or totally wrong. I don't know for sure. It does better than any exchange in a sim to the end of the game. After OORIE it becomes extremely difficult for Noah to bingo, but there are plausible non-bingo outrunning scenarios, escpecially wity JXZ out. With an extremely consonant-heavy pool, EIO as a leave isn't all that terrible, which works a bit in OORIE's favor.
>Noah_Kalus: AGLN 14F GL.AN +27 222
>Arie_Sinke: ?DEINOZ C11 DOZEN +40 291
#note This looks right. I don't think I'm in a position to play D2 ZOON for 50 here - there are too many ways for Noah to hurt me with the Z and win, even without a 3x3.
>Noah_Kalus: MOY 15A MO.Y +39 261
>Arie_Sinke: ?AEIJSU 13J AJIES +39 330
#note There are better out in two sequences - the best is JUS H1, followed by FErIA 12H. I overscored AJIES by 2.
>Noah_Kalus: CDENPRX 4D X.D +43 304
>Arie_Sinke: ?U 13A wU. +11 341
#note Missed a rare opportunity to play zUZ!
>Arie_Sinke: (CENPR) +18 359
