#player2 Steve_Ozorio Steve Ozorio
>Arie_Sinke: EIMORUU -OUU +0 0
#note This is a great rack if you can go second and get a P for EUROPIUM. Keeping EIMR looks right here.
>Steve_Ozorio: ILL 8H ILL +6 6
>Arie_Sinke: EEIJMRW J4 JEWE. +23 23
#note Best.
>Steve_Ozorio: AEEGNRS G2 ENRAGES +64 70
>Arie_Sinke: IMNPRRS 5E PR.IS.R +36 59
#note This looks best, barely better than the much lower scoring MIRIN H5 for 16. The points are worth getting here.
>Steve_Ozorio: IT F2 TI +10 80
>Arie_Sinke: ?AMNNTV 3C MAV.. +20 79
#note I played way too fast here and overlooked the clearly better play of VAN H1 for 24, which scores 4 more and keeps a better leave.
>Steve_Ozorio: AD H1 AD +13 93
>Arie_Sinke: ?DNNTTU 4B NUT +14 93
#note Not playing TUN after Steve is clearly fishing.
>Steve_Ozorio: O 6I O. +7 100
>Arie_Sinke: ?ADENRT H8 .NDuRATE +77 170
#note Any merit to playing something like PEDANTRy at E5, giving up 7 points but making Steve's likely bingo lower scoring and less certain? I thought about it but couldn't justify it, and think it's right to take the points here.
>Steve_Ozorio: AEINSST 11E SIN.ATES +78 178
>Arie_Sinke: DEFINOX 10D FOXE. +61 231
#note It's close between this and playing FOX for 5 fewer points instead to hang onto the E.
>Steve_Ozorio: AHO G13 HAO +23 201
>Arie_Sinke: DIMNUYZ 13G ..ZY +29 260
#note Many options are really close in the sim, not sure what's best. I liked this better than SIZY L11 for 32 (3 more) to avoid setting up scoring plays from the Z and keep the I with DMNU to keep the rack from getting too consonant heavy. Quackle likes ZIN 9C for 30 and SUMY L11 for 18. I can't really control most of the outstanding bingo lines without giving up too much equity, but one that I can do something about is the S in SINUATES, so playing there may have some merit.
>Steve_Ozorio: EHU 4J .EHU +30 231
>Arie_Sinke: DIMNQTU L11 .QUID +34 294
#note Clearly best.
>Steve_Ozorio: IIIOOOO -IIIOOOO +0 231
#note Forgot to record how many tiles Steve exchanged here.
>Arie_Sinke: ?BCMNTV M3 V.M +16 310
#note With the blank and a larger lead I feel much more in control than I did a few turns ago - don't want to exchange because I feel that I need to keep the pace to avoid losing to a single bingo. VUM takes out eights through the U in JEHU while setting up 7s on column N beginning with a vowel. I feel like VUM also makes it easier to block eights from the A without sacrificing in score by setting up OVUM. Quackle prefers NUMB in the same spot though for some reason.
>Steve_Ozorio: EE E5 .EE +5 236
>Arie_Sinke: ?BCNOTY 2J CYTON +41 351
#note Best.
>Steve_Ozorio: ILO 15L .IOL +15 251
>Arie_Sinke: ?BBCKTU N11 BUCK. +26 377
#note Maybe BUCK at 8B instead to avoid giving back counterplays? Sims a little bit better.
>Steve_Ozorio: EGGLOO O6 GOOGLE +28 279
>Arie_Sinke: ?ABIOTW 2B WAB +26 403
#note This looks fine.
>Steve_Ozorio: DEFIR 8A FRIED +37 316
>Arie_Sinke: ?AAIIOT N4 sI +19 422
#note This is a pathetic play - a 19 point spread error. Best is AORTA B6 to threaten to go out with NIsI 9H for 22.
>Steve_Ozorio: NPR 7D P.R. +10 326
>Arie_Sinke: AAIOT B6 AT.IA +9 431
#note ATRIA is correct.
>Steve_Ozorio: N K4 ..N +9 335
>Steve_Ozorio: (O) +2 337
