>David_Engelhardt: ADNW 8E DAWN +16 16
>Arie_Sinke: BEKSUUV F8 .UK +17 17
#note I considered exchanging here, but didn't generate the best play - UVEA F5. The V is so bad and so much worse than the K that it pays to give up 2 points and spend the E to get rid of it.
>David_Engelhardt: IIIIIII -IIIIIII +0 16
>Arie_Sinke: BEIOSUV E4 BOVI. +22 39
#note No R for BOUVIERS. This is the best I can do.
>David_Engelhardt: EFIR 4C FI.ER +20 36
>Arie_Sinke: EEMSTUY H1 TYES +36 75
#note Quackle really doesn't like this play. This looks like the best of the H1 plays, and I didn't think outside the box enough to consider playing in some other spot. YET 3B (keeping the same leave plus an S for 12 less and leaving the FIBERS spot open for potential plays next turn) and the fishier FUMY C4 for 16 sim significantly better.
>David_Engelhardt: ?CEIILN H7 I.CLINEd +60 96
>Arie_Sinke: EELMPTU 3C EM +22 97
#note Playing a longer word sims significantly better, with dEPLUME 14H for 32 looking like the best of the longer options (scores the most by a 10 point margin.) I have now been sitting with the same U since the beginning of the game and have scored relatively few points while harboring it on my rack.
>David_Engelhardt: AYZ 10H .AZY +36 132
>Arie_Sinke: AEGLPTU K5 PLAGU. +24 121
#note It's very close between this play and the far fishier GUY 2F, which bingos about 50% of the time.
>David_Engelhardt: AELORTV 13F OV.RLATE +82 214
>Arie_Sinke: AEGNNTT 12K TANG +18 139
#note No clue what to do with a substantial deficit - I decide that what this game needs is a lot of volatility. This would be okay were it not for the fact that AGENT 14J for 27 is a better option all around - scores quite a few more points and doesn't get punished as often.
>David_Engelhardt: AJ N10 JA. +27 241
>Arie_Sinke: ?ENOOTU O8 dUOTONE +89 228
#note This is my only available bingo - I will often get hurt by the S hook but passing it up is clearly wrong. I actually still kind of need that volatility.
>David_Engelhardt: ADIQS 15K QAIDS +69 310
>Arie_Sinke: DELNOOR 14B DOLOR +20 248
#note LOOED 14B for 27 in the same spot looks like a slightly better alternative.
>David_Engelhardt: CDO 15A COD +24 334
>Arie_Sinke: AEEHINT 13C HE +26 274
#note Clearly best.
>David_Engelhardt: GMU 12D MUG +26 360
>Arie_Sinke: AEEINST 1H .ETANISE +77 351
#note Not sure how to choose between TETANIES, TETANISE, and TAENITES. I probably will have a tough time winning if I don't draw the X - maybe TETANIES so I get XI at 2N more often? Sim seems to slightly prefer it.
>David_Engelhardt: FIX 2M FIX +44 404
>Arie_Sinke: ABIPRSW 3K WISP +35 386
#note Hard to conceive a way to win here. I played this because there are a few ways for me to draw into something like BORATE or BORANE at 2A that David would have to block to win. It's hard for me to envision another way to win - there are no bingos that I could possibly fish for.
>David_Engelhardt: EEHIORT 6K .ITHE +16 420
>Arie_Sinke: ABENRR 2B BRAN +23 409
#note BA J6 for 29 is a better play. This is made worse by the fact that it sets up ROE 1A.
>David_Engelhardt: EOR 6D O.ER +9 429
>David_Engelhardt: (ER) +4 433
