>Richard_Popper: GPU 8G PUG +12 12
>Arie_Sinke: AACEMTT 9F TAM +15 15
#note This looks a bit better than the alternatives.
>Richard_Popper: OTY 7F TOY +21 33
>Arie_Sinke: ACEESTX J8 SEX +33 48
#note This sims a bit better than TEXT F4 - it plays to set up SEXT here.
>Richard_Popper: HIRT 11J THIR +25 58
>Arie_Sinke: ACEMNST L5 AMNEST.C +76 124
#note I forgot that NEMATICS was a word - that plays for 80 here.
>Richard_Popper: IKO K5 KOI +32 90
>Arie_Sinke: ?FHIIOO J4 OOH +37 161
#note This looks like a significantly better play than FOH in the same spot.
>Richard_Popper: ENR 8L .RNE +12 102
>Arie_Sinke: ?AAFIIO -AFIIO +0 161
#note It looks like it's worth it to make a play here. A number of plays sim better but FINO N6 looks the best - the leave is acceptable and it gets 15 points.
>Richard_Popper: AADLNV 10B VANDAL +30 132
>Arie_Sinke: ??AEEES B7 ElE.AtES +68 229
#note I missed two bingos that score a bit more - rElEASEE O1 for 71 (saw it but talked myself out of it) and SEEpAgE 3G for 70. My play is weak defensively and sims below some lower scoring alternatives. The surprising best simming play, though, is EASE M3 for 25 - hangs onto both blanks and only gives up 46 points relative to the best bingo, while setting up practically nothing. I still think rElEASEE has got to be better.
>Richard_Popper: DDEJRU A4 JUDDER +77 209
>Arie_Sinke: GNOPRRT 3J PRONG +25 254
#note I liked PRONG because it takes out eights to the N and the E in ERNE. Quackle thinks I should go for the higher scoring alternative of GATOR C9 for 29, which does block a bit but also makes a small sacrifice in leave.
>Richard_Popper: AEIVW C3 WAIVE +29 238
>Arie_Sinke: ELORRTZ D8 ZO.ER +48 302
#note Bad play - I forgot about the L hook on THIR, despite the fact that Jason had played that word against me in round 3. ZLOTE plays there for 76.
>Richard_Popper: AFILOTW - +0 238
#note Richard misread the R in ZONER as a B and insta-challenged what he thought was ZONEB.
>Arie_Sinke: FLLQRTU O6 QU.LL +14 316
#note This has got to be best.
>Richard_Popper: BFI A13 FIB +31 269
>Arie_Sinke: EFGNRTY D2 FEY +33 349
#note Really wanted to play TREYF D1 here but couldn't take the chance.
>Richard_Popper: CDEI N11 DICE +23 292
>Arie_Sinke: GNORTTU O14 NU +8 357
#note I wasn't 100% sure about DICER so I needed to make this absurd little low scoring block.
>Richard_Popper: AAIIOSW C12 AW +30 322
>Arie_Sinke: AEGORTT 12I TO +14 371
#note I didn't know TERATOGEN, which plays at 14G for 62.
>Richard_Popper: ABIIL 13E BIALI +12 334
>Arie_Sinke: AEGNRST O1 GEST +27 398
#note I could get slightly more spread by playing GATER E1 for 29 and then taking the 25 for QUELLS next turn while allowing Richard to play out.
>Richard_Popper: IIO E12 O.I +8 342
>Arie_Sinke: ANR 6E RAN +16 414
#note Best out.
>Arie_Sinke: (I) +2 416
