>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: BEVY 8G BEVY +24 24
>Arie_Sinke: ABEEHMR 9D BEMAH +23 23
#note This is a phoney. I had momentary misgivings but I dispelled them easily and convinced myself that it was good. MAYBE J6 would only be very slightly worse; there's absolutely no good reason to play a phoney here.
>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: FIL 10E FIL +24 48
>Arie_Sinke: AAEEGIR 8A ARIA +20 43
#note This is an error. AREA in the same spot keeps a better leave and is a slightly better play. AIYEE also looks a bit better than my play.
>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: EGP 7A PEG +19 67
>Arie_Sinke: EEEFGOS 6A OF +32 75
#note There's nothing better here. Fingers crossed that the rack improves.
>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: IIIIOOO -III +0 67
>Arie_Sinke: EEEGISU 11B GIES +22 97
#note I really wanted to play SEGUE in either of the two available spots, but I thought defense was important after a three tile exchange. This sims way back. I should have gone with my gut here. GEE 11F is also good, possibly best, for clearing out the rack a bit better while hanging on to the S.
>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: ACEMRSS 11G SCREAMS +78 145
>Arie_Sinke: CEEERUY L11 .ERCY +32 129
#note I couldn't resist the points here. This is really weak. I think I underestimated the badness of the three vowel leave and the Y at 15L. YE 12K only gives up 9 points while leaving a workable leave and opening up nothing, and sims about 6 points better, along with a number of other shorter options.
>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: AEHT H11 .HEAT +42 187
>Arie_Sinke: EEIILUU -EIIUU +0 129
#note Forced to exchange here.
>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: DEJ J10 J.ED +28 215
>Arie_Sinke: DEKLOOU 15L .OKE +33 162
#note This is fine.
>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: EINRSTW 15B WRENTI.S +62 277
>Arie_Sinke: DLOOUUZ N12 ZOU. +34 196
#note This looks fine. It scores and cleans up the rack as well as possible.
>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: AOTU O9 OUTA +17 294
>Arie_Sinke: ?ADILOU 13A DIALOgU. +68 264
#note Highest scoring bingo.
>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: ENNOOPR N3 PRENOON +63 357
>Arie_Sinke: DEIIRVW O1 WRIED +40 304
#note This or IVIED. The sim likes my play; IV is not a terrible combo and I probably luck into more miracle bingos with IV than with RW.
>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: ADLN 5J LAND.. +16 373
>Arie_Sinke: IIINQTV 6I QI +17 321
#note Not the draw I was looking for. The outcome of the game is basically determined; I need to play this now to avoid getting stuck with the Q and leave one in the bag.
>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: NTU 7J NUT +10 383
>Arie_Sinke: ?IINOTV B2 VINI...a +26 347
#note At least I have the presence of mind to find the best plays in the endgame. The endgame was played optimally by both sides.
>Robin_Pollock_Daniel: AGLTX 3A T.X +20 403
>Arie_Sinke: OT 3L TO.. +12 359
>Arie_Sinke: (AGL) +8 367
