>Daniel_Heck: ADENSTX 8H KUE +14 14
#note There are several things going on in this match that in retrospect make me think I should not really have won. This is a terrible opening, for one, regardless of other tiles because with the OK hook now legal, there's tons more ways to overlay this word, plus Meredith will take advantage of the other mispositioning...
>Meredith_Leigh: CEGOORW K8 SWIFT +30 30
#note .... by doing that!
>Daniel_Heck: ADENSTX 10F RETAP.NG +69 83
#note I am, however, proud of the bingo that also happens to triple the P.
>Meredith_Leigh: HT J6 TH. +8 38
>Daniel_Heck: ACDEMSX 7F AVO +16 99
>Meredith_Leigh: ABDIJNU F5 QU.D +16 54
>Daniel_Heck: CDEMPSX K2 TANGO +14 113
>Meredith_Leigh: ABIJLNR 4A LARGEST +83 137
>Daniel_Heck: CDEMPSX L1 JADE +49 162
#note Making an aggressive play in hopes of a lack of a counter-score.
>Meredith_Leigh: BEIINOR 1L .OEY +42 179
#note Alas, it is mostly a wash that turn.
>Daniel_Heck: CDMPSSX B2 CR.M +16 178
#note I thought this was fun and practical. With a P unseen, if row 1 doesn't hook for me, I can at least make 25+ with something involving CRAMP.
>Meredith_Leigh: ABIIINR 11C MIRED +21 200
>Daniel_Heck: BDPSSUX 8A COAXE. +72 250
#note Lucky confluence of tiles.
>Meredith_Leigh: ABIINRV 7C HO +27 227
>Daniel_Heck: BDNPSSU 12I WI.E +14 264
#note A weak play that accomplished only a little balance and the opening of a lane. Might have been better off exchanging.
>Meredith_Leigh: ABIINRV 12A BLOT +26 253
#note Mis-recorded as BOLT, yet there is no way she could have played exactly what I wrote down and yet scored 26.
>Daniel_Heck: BDNPSSU 10B VAN +22 286
#note This... this is shameful. I don't believe I turned the board right-side up, and must have been thinking EMO or AMI. Yet, it was let stand, and not noticed until creating this Quackle file.
>Meredith_Leigh: AAIIINR A12 .ILE +18 271
>Daniel_Heck: BDOPSSU 2N FA +25 311
>Meredith_Leigh: AEIINNR 13F BLEED +19 290
>Daniel_Heck: IIR 14A .IRI +8 319
#note By now I believe I had started in earnest to shape my rack toward a bingo beginning with S, and had at least one blank, but kept getting duplicates. With both F's gone, the worst she can do with this opening is likely just under 30 points.
>Meredith_Leigh: AIINNRY 14F YO +30 320
#note And as it turned out, she was more worried about my forking the board, VERY similiarly to how the game vs. Nick wound down. Except, the margin is small enough that I don't technically need to bingo to win.
>Daniel_Heck: ?EINOSZ M7 ZIN. +25 344
>Meredith_Leigh: AIINNRU 15G POISE +26 346
>Daniel_Heck: ??INNSU 1B SUNNIly +77 421
#note Greedy for a bingo that's plausible but that I wasn't 100% sure on? Perhaps. But there are so few other well-scoring plays that any outplay might leave her ahead and me with both blanks (a waste if there ever was one)
>Daniel_Heck: (ARU) +6 427
