The best play, as a bunch of experts determined after the fact, Joey included, was H1 STAY. He can play the J next turn almost no matter what.

#note After retracking and spending almost 10 minutes here, I was beyond disbelief to see that I was almost certainly winning the game with any draw that came my way here. The only thing that I thought might lose was drawing the L, since that only gave me one out. But actually, after he blocks ALO(OF), I end up winning by 2 with perfect play.
The I was good because he would have no vowel and wouldn't be able to block (N)AOI. Everything else seemed to either give me enough firepower to outrun Joey or two outs, which would win because he would be stuck with a lot of points on his rack.

#note Joey took a lot of time here, trying to find a miracle win. It wasn't there. I think the best route would have been A7 SIM, but I just play OW I2 and it's an easy win. I'm sure he tried to find a win that considered the possibility that I would miss AWO(L) D1, though. -5 to A7 SIM but spread didn't matter, Joey needed the win.
